Event venues, wedding and event services

Marketing for event venues and wedding services: dates booked, not just enquired.

The Dial Agency does marketing for event venues, wedding photographers, planners, caterers and entertainers in Lithuania: a page that shows real events and asks for the date, the number of guests and the budget, a reply within a minute with the date's availability, and follow-up until the deposit is paid. Reported every Monday by booked dates and cost per booking. Free five-minute audit first; plans are fixed monthly fees agreed after one call.

What we found on 596 Lithuanian business websites.

A couple asks one question at midnight, whether the date is free, and most websites cannot answer it. We have not yet checked enough event venue and wedding service websites to show separate numbers, so these are the figures for all 596 sites in our October 2026 study. Your free audit shows where you stand.

Where the customers go missing.

01

Date questions at midnight

A couple asks whether 14 June is free at 23:40. The answer comes at 10:00, after they have asked three other venues.

02

Enquiries without facts

The message says "how much for a wedding". No date, no guest count, no budget, and a long email exchange before anyone knows whether it fits.

03

A season of feast and famine

Saturdays in summer are booked a year ahead, Fridays in October are empty, and the price is the same.

04

Deposits that never arrive

The couple loved the visit, said they would think about it, and booked somewhere that followed up.

05

Photos that sell and a site that does not

Instagram shows the best weddings. The website shows a map and a phone number.

06

Reviews that stay in the thank-you card

Every event ends with gratitude and no Google review.

What next month looks like.

1

23:40, a date check

A couple fills in the date, the guest count and the budget range. The reply within a minute confirms the date is free, names the coordinator and offers two visit times.

2

Saturday, the visit

The coordinator knows the budget and the guest count before they arrive. The visit ends with a hold on the date and a deadline for the deposit.

3

Monday, the report

Spend, enquiries with a date, visits, deposits paid and cost per booking, by season and campaign.

How the system works, step by step.

An event is booked on the date, the feeling and the trust that it will go well. The system answers the date question at once, collects the facts before the visit and follows up until the deposit.

  • The date form. Date, guest count, type of event and budget range. The reply says whether the date is free and what happens next.
  • Real events on the page. Photos and short videos of real events with the season, the guest count and the price from, so the client knows what fits before they call.
  • Follow-up to the deposit. Three messages after the visit: the hold deadline, the answer to the usual doubt, the similar event from last year.
  • Off-season campaigns. Meta and search campaigns for the empty Fridays, the corporate winter events and the small celebrations, measured by booked dates.

Three ways to start, from free to full.

Every step is priced in public. What you pay for a done-for-you product is credited toward a plan if you sign within 30 days.

The doubts we hear, answered straight.

"Our summer is already full."

Then the campaigns go to the empty months and the midweek dates, and the form sorts the summer enquiries by budget so the best events get the last Saturdays.

"Couples want to see the place."

They still will. The system answers the date at once and books the visit, so the coordinator meets people who already fit.

"We get enough from Instagram."

The audience, yes. The booked date comes from the reply, the form and the follow-up, and that is what we build.

"Every event is different."

The questions are the same: when, how many, what kind, what budget. Four fields, and the rest is the conversation.

What happens after you write to us.

Questions we get asked.

Which event businesses do you work with?
Venues, wedding photographers and videographers, planners, caterers, DJs and bands, and florists. Anything booked by date and worth hundreds or thousands per event.
Can the availability reply be automatic?
Yes, if your calendar is kept up to date. Otherwise the reply promises a date check within a set time and the coordinator confirms.
Do you work with my competitors?
On the first call we tell you who we already work with in your city and your type of service, before you decide.
What does it cost?
The audit is free. The Growth Audit is €397, credited toward a plan within 30 days. Plans are a fixed monthly fee agreed in writing after a 20-minute call; ad budget is paid by you to the platforms.
When should we run campaigns?
Weddings are booked nine to fourteen months ahead, so the campaigns run in autumn and winter for next summer. Corporate events are booked six to eight weeks ahead.
How long until we see bookings?
The date reply and the form work from the first week. Campaign bookings depend on the season and need a few weeks of data. Nobody can promise a number of events.
