Digital products

Digital products are PDFs delivered by download link right after payment. If a product is not useful to you, email us within 14 days of buying and we will refund you.

Done-for-you services

Each service lists what is included, what we need from you and the delivery time in business days. Delivery starts once we have the items we asked for. You receive one round of revisions. If we miss the delivery date we confirmed, you get a full refund.

Credit toward a full plan

What you paid for a done-for-you product counts toward a custom full-service plan if you sign within 30 days of purchase.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros and exclude taxes and ad spend unless stated.

Your content

You keep ownership of your brand, photos and footage. We keep the right to show finished work only with your written permission.

Regulated industries

For industries such as health, finance and energy, you remain responsible for the accuracy of claims. We write to platform policy and ask for your compliance guidance.

Consumer rights

Nothing here limits the rights you have by law as a consumer in your country.

Changes

If we change these terms, the updated version applies to purchases made after the change.
