A ten-minute website check.
You can find the biggest leaks in your website in ten minutes, with nothing but your phone.
The check
- Open it on your phone. Does it load quickly and fit the screen?
- Run the five-second test. Show it to someone for five seconds. Can they say what you do, who it is for and what to do next?
- Find the main button. Is there one clear action visible without scrolling?
- Submit your own form. What do you see, and what do you receive?
- Look for proof. Reviews, named customers or real photos near the button.
What to fix first
Fix in this order: clarity, then the action, then proof, then speed. A fast page that says nothing still does not convert.
Keep a score
Give each point 0, 1 or 2. The total tells you where one hour of work gives the biggest return, and gives you a baseline to beat next month.
